Unfortunately, during the facade work, drilling went directly through the facade and into the apartment. When I reported this, the employees laughed at me. They even claimed that I or my cat had caused the holes – which is completely absurd. The company's behavior is neither professional nor customer-friendly. Instead of taking responsibility, they don't take you seriously and keep you waiting. Friendliness and respect for the residents are nowhere to be found here.
