Goods deliveries are billed at exorbitant prices, the justification being: "They don't want to buy anything from me anymore..." Agreements are not honored. A 11 km trip is billed as "tradesman services" at €30. They schedule the appointment themselves so they arrive an hour before the electricity supplier and can then conveniently charge €60.
