Extremely unreliable. Promises made long ago are not kept. Very disappointing! 👎🏾 Horn constantly makes new delivery promises, but they haven't kept them, and this has been going on for a long time. Unfortunately, German craftsmanship is lacking here! 😠

I can absolutely recommend the Horn company! The employees are all friendly, the work is always clean and carried out to my complete satisfaction. A great company all around!

Everything was perfect; the tradesman was quick, friendly, and meticulous. He did a clean job replacing four loose tiles in the bathroom. And best of all: the final bill was significantly lower than the estimate. I'll definitely use this company again for my next job.
