I'm thrilled. I emailed them about installing a BKW and received a response less than 20 minutes later. Absolutely straightforward and courteous consultation. I made an appointment over the phone, and less than 24 hours later, they were on-site. My request/problem was resolved promptly and with confidence. Thank you so much again. The plan is to have a new intercom system installed in the residential complex by Herrmann. Herrmann gave a presentation for this. At the presentation, only one product was presented. A cost estimate was then provided, and I still had unanswered questions. Mr. Herrmann told me on the phone that he had chosen the intercom system because he considered it to be the best device. I then stated that I preferred a different device, and was told that installation of this device was not possible. When I then asked again, I was told that it would probably be possible, but that it would be more expensive. Mr. Herrmann also stated that he had ultimately decided on the device in question and that this will remain the case. The customer therefore has no say in this matter. I gave it one star because I was unable to reach Mr. Herrmann by phone, but did receive a call back.
