Unfortunately, everyone here seems useless. I ordered something over a week ago and was told I'd get a call to select a date. I haven't heard anything since, and my inquiries haven't been responded to. This is truly fatherless behavior beyond compare. They're just village people, what can you expect.

I only go here when I don't feel like driving any further or I'm pressed for time. The selection is mediocre, lots of old stock, and virtually no choice in the electrical section. Old Kopp product lines... Plumbing supplies are far more expensive than elsewhere. The only positive thing is that the really old stock is on a special clearance shelf, but even then, it's ridiculously overpriced. If you leave the store without buying anything, you get the same stares as in other country DIY stores. Even the wonderfully advertised new 3% discount card is useless if you don't feel welcome.

I'd especially like to highlight the friendly and knowledgeable staff – you're greeted immediately and receive honest, expert advice. Even with specific questions or projects, I received quick and solution-oriented help. The prices are fair, and the checkout lines are short. I always enjoy coming here!
